2. Service Activation Services begin 3 business days after signup and successful payment.

3. Emergency Use Only This service is meant for emergency situations, not routine charging. Excessive non-emergency use may result in limits or suspension.

4. Extra Charges Tolls, parking, and access fees are not included and will be added to your final bill if required.

5. Payments & Cancellations Memberships renew automatically. One-time rescue fees are paid upfront. All payments are non-refundable. Cancel anytime via email or your account portal.

6. Service Conditions Service depends on availability, traffic, weather, and safety. Provide accurate vehicle and location info. You or a representative must be present unless otherwise arranged.

7. Restrictions Do not: Use service as daily charging Share your membership Submit false info Violations may lead to suspension or fees. 8. Liability We are not liable for delays, missed appointments, or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months.
